To coach a client on what their customers really want. I do this by providing the client with the most accurate assessment of their data and the website content, by comparing client’s website product info against their customer’s feedback. I present the client with competitive benchmarking info (i.e. standing in the relevant market), gap analysis and website health-check results and solutions to improve their backend processes, enhance their AI algorithms, optimize utilization of their resources and improve business strategy in order to optimize customer’s interactivity with the website, minimize website abandonments and maximize conversions, leads and click-through rates.
